Move the mouse pointer over the scrollbar. In Firefox 0.8 you get 3 events fire Over,Out and then Over again - This is IMHO correct and what I get in other browsers. In Mozilla 1.6 though I get 2 Over,Out even though the mouse is over.

Sometimes I don't get an event at all.
