Absolute Positioned DIV

Here is a DIV that works OK
Move the mouse over each of the 2 DIV's - Both have onMouseOver and onMouseOut events that fire an alert box.

Notice the div that is on top of the IFRAME does not fire its mouseOut event until you move away from the IFRAME itself
