OverFilter & OutFilter Filter Settings

Is there any documentation or posts that display each Filters properties?

For example,
Alpha only uses one setting - Opacity
Shadow uses three - Color, Direction & Strength,

What about:
Blur
Motion Blur
Drop Shadow
Glow
Wave
Emboss
Engrave

What at the potential sub-settings for each these filters?
