Problem with Big5 chinese menu items

Hi, I am having this problem building up the menu in Chinese Big5 charset. I have set the page's char encoding to Big5, and the fontfamily to a Chinese font. However, the characters appear on the menu as "?" marks.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I found the problem. It's with my text editor. The menu works fine with Big5 charset.
