expired support question

My company purchased a reseller license over a year ago, so the support is now expired.

Until today, I have only needed to use 3 of those 10 licenses.

I went to Milonic.com to add another site and get the appropriate download (with all the licensing info filled in) but not only does the 'My Licenses' page tell me that I am not able to edit the license details, it won't let me download anything.
The error I get when I attempt to edit the site info is:

I will try to get my company to spring for a renewal, but shouldn't I be able to continue to use the version I had while current on support? How would I go about being able to use my other 7 licenses.
