creating a mailto link

I have been trying to create a link on my menu that will open up the persons email program to send us an email.
I have tried "" and "email:" etc.
On my drop down menu I have "Contact Us" and here is where I want to create the email link.
I have tried imputting webmaster __at__ fbclongwood.org but that doesn't work. My menu doesn't show.

It must be some simple little thing that I'm doing wrong.
