Vertical collapse menu with a table on top...how to do this.

I have Vertical collapse menu configured in my page. I am trying to put a simple table with 2 rows 2 columns on top of the menu. As this is a layered setup, i couldn't get it working. The table goes below the menu always.

but i have not done anything yet! What I need is i want to place a table on top of the collapse menu...thats it.

i have nothing to show here really...except the exact code i downloaded from you site!

you may want to have look at this post...something similar but i need the same solution for collapse menu.
