QUERY: context menus help

I downloaded menu_sample27_ver5_751.zip because am interested in the context menu right-click.

Am confused with the file menu_data.js. Why was contextStyle, milonic, milonic (2nd time), all 3 of them defined twice?

And there's an error at the last line in this file eg.

Also, is there any way to make the context menu only apply/work on certain elements, eg. rows of a table? opposed to the whole page?

Also, when the context menu is activated, is the 'this' pointer pointing to the element that was right-clicked on? It's so that I can see which table row was right-clicked on.
