tooltips

Hello,
I have made a menu with several sublevels. I like to have tooltips. However, the tooltip is shown behind the pulldownmenu in stead of in the foreground. Where can I change this? And where are offsets defined?

The tooltips shouldn't do that. I'll need to see your page so I can figure out what's going on.
