Andy,
I am about to try 3.4 Beta on a framed site. Do we still need the "Frames_Top_Offset=xxx" setting or is that now being detected in mmenu.js automatically. It would be obvious but the comment in version 3.3.19 was "// This is for odd frames behaiour until I can fix it."

The odd behaviour is still present and still a bit odd as I haven't really figured out what's going on but we now have 2 properties to set for the frames version.

It seems that if you remove the side frame the menu will position about 130 pixels down the page and will need to be adjusted to suit.

I've not figured out the logic (if there is any) to the amount of pixel offsets we need to give so I can't hard code them into the menu.

But this seems to be the price to pay for using Frames :-(

it will be something like :

Frames_Top_Offset=-114
Frames_Left_Offset=100

Or there abouts

I PROMISE (to all who care) I will get a proper demo and sort the bugs once 3.4 has been released.

At the moment the Frames version is the one most people are having trouble with so It's next on the ToDo list.

Cheers
Andy

Andy,
For your reference, the amount of offset that I had to use for the menus to align turned out to be exactly the pixel width of my left navigation frame.

My guess is that the required offset will always be the same as the pixel width of the frame that "shifts" the frame where the submenus will display.

Cheers,
Gary
