Frames problem...

Hey, I'm hoping someone would be able to help me out here...

I'm just playing around with the menus and their options (I may be interested in using them for a personal site), and I came across a problem when using them with frames.

If you download the frames test zip, go into the index.html, change the width of the lefthand column from 130 to any other number. Now, refresh the page and go up to the menu in the header. The submenu in the frame below shifts left or right the same amount as you had moved the lefthand column.

I have already tried using the top/left commands for the submenus, but they aren't responding to the input of these variables. They DO move when I set them to "center" or "left", but these are not properties I desire - I would want the submenus under the main menu items, like it usually looks.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

You need to change the Frames_Top_Offset & Frames_Left_Offset to suit your new frame dimensions.

Thank you!

Thanks, Andy. I actually *had* tried altering those properties, but I was doing it in frames_body_array, thinking that's where the submenu LOADED so that's where it would have to have the commands.

Silly me. Thanks again. :)
