CAN I HAVE a Scrollbar in submenu?

is it possible to have a scrollbar in the "submenu"? I´m going to have about 600 links in a submenu and it would be nice to be able to scroll the list. Not a "microsoft windows style" scrollbar, but a goodlooking small coloradjustable scrollbar. And a want the menu to be placed at the left side of the screen, a vertical menu that is, and I want to use it in frames!
the menu is suppose to be in the left frame and all links should be shown in the right frame.
I hope you understand what I mean cause my english is not that good!
