Urgent help needed !

Hi,
i have to present my website to a bunch of MIB (black suits, very serious and never smiling) and i still have 2 unsolved problems

problem 1 : the flash animation goes above the menu (you can't see it because i have placed the animation very far from the menu) but how can i place it UNDER the menu scrolling ?

problem 2 : on the following page :

look at thje croos indicatins submenus, ther disappear !! please help !!
