v3.4 - Border disappeared in Opera

With new version 3.4, the borders around the menu and submenus have disappeared... and as in my post above, the submenus are displaced... can anyone tell me wht to do? I prefer the previous version, but there is the problem with the different menu width in IE and NS/Opera. If I could fixed the old .js I could use v 3.3.x...
