Horizontal Navagation Menu & IE 6.0 Can other browsers

I've added only the horizontal navagational bar to the my website __at__ http://crosswindproperties.homestead.co ... lMenu.html. I was testing it to make sure I knew how to add it & it actually show up. Well I'm using IE 6.0 and it don't show. I downloaded Netscape Navigator 4.7 & it shows up! Should this one be showing up in IE 6.0. What other browsers is it compatable with?? I got this one from:
