submenu position, frames and Netscape 7

I am using a standard vertical dropdown menu (menu_array) within a frames context. Since the entire menu and its submenus are contained within one “main” frame, this seemed a logical methodology to me. But alas, I am having a problem with the submenu alignment in Netscape 7. Here is the issue: The entire site is comprised of just a top bar frame and a main frame except for the index page, which is not frames based. Once one is into the heart of the site, submenu positioning is fine in all browsers. The problem occurs when one navigates from the index page to any of the internal pages when using Netscape 7. In this instance the submenu positions to the far left of the page. Once one selects any links inside the site, the positioning problem resolves. Any suggestions to remedy this problem would be appreciated.
thanks

Can you post a URL so we can see what's happening and examine the code behind it?
