screenposition woes

Hi folks,

It seems that in N4.5, N4.7 and IE4 - two menus on a page cannot share the same screenposition. I'm trying to center/top align one, and center/top=94 another...and so long as there are two menus...one is always top/left??? When I remove one, the other takes on its proper screenposition. In newer browsers, this isn't a problem...N6, N7, IE5.5+6, Opera are all okay.

If that wasn't enough...N4.5, N4.7 have a funky dead space under my image based menu that I can't seem to shake.

Can anyone help??
