RC2 bug - unwanted reordering of top level menus

hoa boy, this is a good one.

I just upgraded to rc2 and found an interesting behaviour. If you mouseover the top level menu, the menu reorders itself, and sometimes duplicates itself.

This behaviour holds true for Mozilla 1.4, Netscape 6 and Netscape 7 on the PC or Mac

An example can be found at http://dev.benzot.net/v52/

While I'm at it, here is a list of QA'd browsers.....

ON THE PC:

Netscape 4.7 or 4.8 milonic_src.js breaks. It gives the error "_styleNum is not defined - milonic_src.js line 27"

In IE 5 and IE 6 it seems to be working properly, just fairly slow.

In IE 4 the only problem is that the second level menu's background extends al the way to the right side of the window, rather than just wrapping around the menu items.

ON THE MAC:

Safari works :)
IE 5.2 works :)
Netscapes have the odd reordering behaviours mentioned above
