Blue boxes around the topmost menu IN Netscape only!!!

Yes - I have set border=0... And I have all the attributes set to "transparent" for the color options. It is whipping me. It looks great in IE but Netscape puts a 2px border all the way around each image, when I take border=0 out I then get that too (a purple border on each image).
