Current Page color on more than one item

I have a problem with the Current Page color.

In my menu there are to menu-items, and when one is clicked, it shows the current page color on both items.

The URL for the two pages are

http://website/8
and
http://website/38 (when this page is loaded, the problem shows)

So they should be unique.

(I cant post the real URL to the site, since it is currently on a development-server).

Any clue how to come around this problem?
