menu opens underneath iframe

Hi. My menu is opening underneath my iframe. Is it a z-index problem?
I'm gonna go tinker with the z-index while I hear back from you guys.

I just looked at your site with IE 6 on a Windows XP machine and it renders fine over the iframe. What browser are you using? Go To HELP at the top of the window and look for About...

On first load background falls down behind, second load submenus are behind.

I thought the background problem was better the version before the last one.

I can't open my tools submenus either.
