Version 5 and the spacer between menu items

I have Top Navigational Bar IV from Dynamic Drive.com and I like it a lot and am going to be buying a license soon. My main question is regarding the borders, in this version I have I can make the border=0 but there is still a 1 pixel boder between the menu items, which I can not seem to remove.

I'd just like there to be no border at all even as a seperator between the main items on the menu, the rest can have a border.
Odd thing is I can put it to 0 and not give it a color and it will show a 1 pixel gap between each item and the background will show through.

an example of this is http://www.internetrain.com/milonic/

Now reading through some of the posts it sounds like v5 doesn't do this, I just want someone to tell me how it really acts cause I'll need a different solution if I can't remove the gap.

Couple things, first its called the Milonic DHTML Menu. Not Top Navigational Bar, and from now on, get the downloads from http://www.milonic.com only. You'll get the latest and greatest as well as better support. Those other sites are WAY behind in versions. ;)

Secondly, I think I know where your problem lies. On your main menu items (in the code), there is a 1 on the end of every line. This 1 represents that separator size placed at the end of that menu item. So you are telling the items to have 1 px of space at the end of each of them, which makes it look like a border between all.
You will see some of your other menus dont have the border, its because they have a 0 at the end of their code definitions.

Lastly, I would highly recommend upgrading to version 5. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Go to the main site, read up on all its features and you will also see why its worth the download.

Hope I was able to help! :)

Version 5 is terrific! And fairly easy to figure out how to change from one to the other. 5 does so much more.

Note that when you purchase your license (which we very much appreciate!), it will be for v5, not the v3 you are currently using. Further, v3 is no longer supported (see the main site for details).
