How do you make the main menu scroll

My submenus scroll but my main menu doesn't and it's a really long menu and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. Here the site in case I don't make sense. Thanks.

Pretty sure that works on sub-menus only, not the main menu.
Also, you badly need to upgrade. You are running RC26, and we're up to RC36. Given there is usually more than one release against a given RC, you are a lot more than 10 levels down.
