Setting Different Position For Different Browsers

As I am new in JS and as I have very few time for makeing drop down menu with my own I decided to use your brilliant sources....

And then all is ok but menu position in different browsers ar different:

If I set left and top for IE correctly in OPERA the menu is on another position...

AND IS THERE ANY SOLVE???
