menus items that open in a new window

on my site http://vault.mattitude.ca/inside/ i would like to have some of my menu ltems like the ones under links load in a new window.. how do i make that happen?

A glance at the quick ref pages (or a search) would have found this for you. Pretty much like HTML. In your aI statement - target=_new; (or _blank if you prefer).
