Does anyone know or think they could set up a Milonic menu to do something like this:
PlaceWare byt Microsoft

Microsoft used Flash and they have some animation type of thing on their menu's but whe way the menu works is neat.

Hi Shawn,
If you mean the way it looks like the horizontal submenu slides up from the bottom when it opens that's the Internet Explorer Filters and Transitions which you set with the overfilter and out filter.

It's interesting, it looks like the made a flash of it so that it would show in Netscape. You can do that, but unless you put it into flash somehow it will only show in internet explorer.

There's an interactive demo for testing different transitions and filters. I think the one they use on the first horizontal submenu is blinds, setting to open up. I"m not sure how many or how fast they have it set.

I can do a test with a similar layout, but again it would only show in Internet Explorer. Let me know.

Hi Ruth,

I wouldn't worry about it. If I were to do something like this, then it would have to be able to support IE/Netscape/Mozilla, etc... If it is just IE, then nahh... :)

I will check out the demo though.

Thanks for the input!
