Sub Menu fades before user can use menu

I am using menu "menu_sample57_ver5_734" in a framed environment on website http://www.trulli-relaxed-holidays.co.uk

The problem I have is that although the menu works in a framed environment, 90% of the time the submenu disappears/fades before the user can select an item on that submenu.

I've followed the instructions exactly. 10% of the time the submenu stays open and is usable.

Any ideas?

I am unable to see menu.htm because that page does an immediate redirect back to index.htm. Please post the full code for menu.htm here.

To save space on this forum I've removed the page protect facilities. Although right clicking on the area and selecting 'View Script' always works :-)

I'll remember for future to make it easy for you to view the scripts.

Problem Solved

I discovered that the problem was caused by

onfunction=openSubmenu();offfunction=closeSubmenu();

being present in menu items which had no submenu components.

By silly :)
