Question about openmenusbyurl.js

Hi,

this might be an newbie question, but actually I did not find anything about it in the FAQ.

I'm trying to use the menu in a way that if you open one page by clicking on the menu, the new page should be opened but the menu should stay as it is.

That means if I click on "Products/Cars/Ford" the Ford page should open but the menu should remain on Product/Cars/Ford.

Is that how the openmenusbyurl.js works? I just copied the file in every folder but nothing happens. Do I have to include anything in my files?

Of course I have set resetAutoOpen=true.

openbyurl

Hi up north ;-) ,

although I'm writing from Stuttgart, Germany ;-) I'll answer in English.

That is almost exactly what I'm looking for. Is there a way to close the pre-loaded menu "OnMouseOut"? That means as soon as the mouse is not over the menu entry anymore.

I still have problems with the folders:

I have currently two php files that are using the menu:

/docs/main/main.php
/docs/products/products.php

The openmenusbyurl.js Script works only if I move the products.php file to the folder /docs/main. Is there a way to use that script using subfolders?

Hi

"down South",
On

"OpenMenusbyUrl" etc. and the use of different folders and setting the correct path....:
In order to avoid long experimenting with relative path settings, I find, the best way is, to use absolute path settings e.g. src="http://www.yourdomain.de/js/openmenusbyurl.js", find out
