Menu size, Firefox (FF) and IE.

Hi, I am new to the forum and really like these menus. I am working with notepad, fire fox and internet explorer. The menu need to be a specific size to fit between two lines on my background. IE lines up, FF is about 2-4 pixels too big! help! AHHH! Thanks
