Opening Links in a New Window Version 3.3.19

Is version 3.3.19 capable of supporting links in a new window? I see that as an option with the newer table-based menu, but haven't found anything regarding the older menu. Help! I don't want to change menus unless absolutely necessary!

You should be able to use the target=_blank only trouble is I cannot remeber how you would use it.

Version 3 was discontinued about 3 years ago. Try a search in the version 3 forum.
