Hello, I am a registered user. I have just downloaded the latest version of the menu and now I am getting a tool tip that says I have a Milonic menu.

Please advise how to remedy this.

Thanks.

Jacques

Hi,

If you are a licensed user, then on the main site you need to log in using the email address and password you used when you registered for an account at the website and click the download button. You should get a version which is made for that registration. If you are using a free license menu, then you must have a visible link to Milonic on every page where the menu appears, i.e. DHTML Menu by Milonic.com would be the text and the link url is http://www.milonic.com. If that is there then the tooltip will not show.

Hi Ruth, this is exactly what I have done, I have logged in as a registered user and downloaded the latest menu. I don't have the visible link but I have the tooltip text that says:
Menu by Milonic visit http://www.milonic.com for details.

Hi,

I'm not getting any tooltip that says anything about Milonic. Where are you seeing this? I put my mouse over every main menu link and that Quick Links.

Probably my license expired and I have to renew to get the latest version, is that the case?

Hi,

You have an unlicensed version 5.776 on the site, that is why you are getting the tooltip.

You need to go to the main site. Log in using the email address you used when you registered and when you click the download button you should go to a page for the menu download with a statement below the download menu link of

Code:
The Domain name that this download has been created for is: [url]http://www.lightmypump.com/[/url], license number whatever your number is

The your right to use your older licensed version of the menu doesn't expire, but you can't download the newest versions after one year unless you renew the license. So, you're probably right and the license has expired, in the sense you can't do tech support or download newer versions. You can either continue to use that older version or you can renew the license. On the main site, log in and then go to the My Milonic link of the menu, go down and click on the My Licenses, and the page you get to will give you information you need on if it is expired and the ability to renew.

Hi Ruth, I have 2 licenses that have expired neither of them seem to be the current licence that I am using. I want to make sure I renew the right one, how do I get in touch with them?

Hi,

Well, if you log in on the main site and then mouse over MyMilonic and then click on my licenses, all your licenses should be listed, unless you registered under different names for each license.

Anyway, if they are all listed they should also have the information as to the url for which they are applicable. If you can't find the one you want, then mouseover About Milonic in the main menu, and click on contact us
