horizontal ScrollBar problem

When i select a vertical scrolling submenu (EX:1) (withe menuheight) include in a submenu(EX:2) i have no problem. But when i reselect the submenu(2) , a horizontal scrollingbarr appear in the submenu (1)
but if i choice a other submenu the scrollbarr not appears in submenu(1) and it disappears.
PS. Sorry for my english guy. i m french
