Use In An Intranet

Hello, can this navigation system be used in an Intranet situation without access to the net? I recently looked at the Open Cube solution until they told me that it calls to the net for verification eac time the page is launched.

I see that the link to milonic needs to be in any page using the navigation bars to prevent the 'nag link feature' and wondered if this is part of a call to some net control system in the same way that Open Cube do it??

Hi,

You will need to contact Milonic for a definative answer based on your circumstances, but yes the menu can be used on intranet. The free license is not available from what I see for an intranet, if that is what you are seeking. It requires that you are on the web to link to this site. However, the cost of a professional license is pretty inexpensive, has free support direct from Milonic for one year, or here on the forum, and has one year of free updates. This means you can update the menu as each new update comes out for one year. At the end of that year, support lapses unless you renew it, but the menu is yours forever. So whatever the last update you did, if you don't renew support, you still keep that menu and can continue using it forever. You might want to take a look at the licensing page which gives you the available options.

Hope this helps. :)
