My company is requiring that it holds contract for all vendor products that we use. Can you point me to where i can get a contract or ULA (user license agreement) for this product? I've been using Milonic for several years.

Hi,

This is something about which you would have to contact Milonic. We are volunteers and since licensing is a legal issue we don't get involved in that. When you purchased the menu and downloaded it, your license information should have been in the milonic_src.js, mmenuns4.js and mmenudom.js file up at the top right below the statement
Code:
*******  PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT FREE SOFTWARE, IT MUST BE LICENSED FOR ALL USE  *******
License Details:
Number: xxxxxxx
    URL: xxxxxxx
   Type: xxxxxxx
  Dated: date

If you're just looking for a copy of the actual license agreement try the license faqs page. It has a number of posts on license issues including just getting a copy of it. http://www.milonic.com/licfaq.php

If you need more direct information try this link to contact Milonic http://www.milonic.com/contactus.php
